Ordering Guidelines

We offer a range of computer hardware and software for sale.

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Australian sales tax, but exclude shipping charges.

Orders are normally shipped via Express Post (Australia Post, provided the order fits in a 3kg Express Post Satchel) or Ansett Air Freight. Australia Post COD is also available.

How to order.

Contact us by phone, fax, e-mail or (snail) mail. Let us know what you want to buy; where to send the order; your home address if it’s not the delivery address; an after hours phone number in case we need to get in touch with you, and how you want to pay. If paying by credit card we need the card number, expiry date and the cardholder’s name.

Shipping Charges.

Prepaid orders within Australia: $9.00 for up to 3kg (Express Post satchel or TNT Express). $18 for up to 5kg (TNT Express). Shipping charges for larger orders are dependant on the destination.

COD orders within Australia: $8.00 plus standard parcel post charges (plus optional insurance at $1.05 per $100 of value). See the Australia Post Parcel Calculator for specific postal charges.

Please note that carriers apply a “cubic weight” (based on parcel volume) to large light-weight parcels; so a light but bulky item may be deemed to have a much higher chargeable weight.

Payment Options.

We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as cheques and money orders. With Australia Post COD you will be asked to pay cash for goods and all associated charges at the time of delivery. Direct deposit to our National Australia Bank account is available by special arrangement.

Available by special arrangement. We do little business outside Australia so we get no discounts on international shipping. Orders will normally be sent International Parcel Post or International Airmail. Check the Australia Post site for pricing.
